Terms of Service Updated – 14/02/2026
A detailed Terms of Service has been published to clearly outline copyright ownership, licensing scope, and permitted use of my artwork.While my rights as an artist are automatically protected under international copyright law, this document provides additional clarity and transparency regarding legal usage conditions.By commissioning, purchasing, receiving, displaying, or otherwise using my artwork, you acknowledge and agree to the current Terms.
If you encounter unauthorized use of my artwork, please report it through the appropriate platform’s copyright procedures.
The Commission Request Form has also been updated to reference the Terms of Service and the associated legal obligations.

process
Begin by filling out the commission form. Click the "form" button to access it.
All communication will be carried out via email. If you have any questions, you may ask them after I notify you whether I’ve accepted your commission.
I will provide up to three rough sketches focusing on pose and overall mood (no details or expressions). See example.
Select one sketch and proceed with payment.
After payment, minor adjustments may be requested. Significant revisions or changes in concept may incur additional fees.
I will then work on your artwork according to your guidance and deliver the final piece within the agreed timeframe.
The estimated delivery date will be disclosed individually.

Please wait for my confirmation before making any payment, as Boosty does not allow donation refunds.
Once we make a deal, I will request full upfront payment via Boosty. You can donate/tip the amount as shown in the example.
Submission of payment constitutes confirmation that you have read and agreed to my current Terms of Service.
Returning clients may receive additional discounts.
privacy & rights
I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion. If declined, you will be notified via the email address provided in the commission form.
I retain the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio and for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client information remains confidential by default. Identifiable details (such as character names or social media handles) will only be shared at the Client’s request.
When you commission me, you are purchasing the artwork itself — not the copyright.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain full copyright ownership of all artwork I create.

* Outfit Bundle includes a full-body drawing in three versions: 1 nude and/or underwear, plus 2 outfits with accessories.
** Character Sheet includes three drawings: 1 full-body (nude, underwear, or outfit), 1 half-body (or thigh-up if NSFW), and 1 portrait.
*** Graphic design services include icons, logos, assets, banners, posters, and other promotional materials. Pricing is determined per project.Bundles come in one piece; all variations are displayed in the same image.
